Commercial Project

Located in the heart of DIFC, DPMS was proudly awarded the design and build for one of our private clients. With 2500 sqft to work with, DPMS designed and built this fantastic commercial office in the space of 8 weeks with local authority approvals.

Within this space, we have managed to create a working area which includes a boardroom, two directors' offices, two staff offices, an open workspace which can hold up to 12 staff and an elegant reception and pantry which is aesthetically pleasing on entry.

We kept the ceiling open throughout the open area which has created a larger workspace environment and we used slick acoustic laminated glazing throughout the office which keeps the acoustic up to the high level that our client required.

 

We have used modern vinyl throughout the open area with a luxurious carpet in the internal offices which creates a great look and feel. With textured paint walls, eye-catching orange sprinklers and a hint of concrete coating, the key features of these offices work great with each other and have created a wonderful high-end commercial fit-out.
