Jon Yew
As the Founder and Managing Partner, Jon has over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector, with extensive knowledge in Project Support and Project Management across Europe and the MENA Region.
Jon is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of DPMS, all the while maintaining a commitment to quality, service and compliance.

Joe Watson
Drawing from more than 8 years of extensive experience within the interior fit-out sector in the UAE, Joe was sought after by one of Dubai's largest fit-out companies.
His area of expertise lies in delivering top-tier commercial fit-out projects, and he has successfully executed projects for various prominent blue-chip firms, including Pfizer, Talabat, and Philcoin, all within the UAE.

Ariane Dens
Ariane, serving as both Founder and CCO of DPMS, brings her expertise as a Chartered Construction Manager. Backed by over three decades of invaluable commercial experience, the most recent 15 years have been dedicated to the MENA region.
Ariane ensures that our clients benefit from the most beneficial commercial position possible with regard to project execution and all associated commercial and project management activities.

Camryn Mathers
Camryn is one of the Founders and Director of DPMS. He initially spent 15 years with Shell Oil Company as a Lead Engineer in the UK, Iraq and Australia.
Taking the core quality/safety and compliance values gained throughout his career working with Shell has enabled Camryn to greatly help DPMS grow to a high-end, high-quality fit-out Company.

Myline Seneche
Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Secretarial Administration, Myline was part of the esteemed construction and engineering firm, BIC Contracting LLC, located in the UAE.
After 13 years of dedicated service and rising through the ranks to become an Executive PA for the CEO, Myline sought a fresh challenge, and we are thrilled to have her onboard at DPMS.

Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at DPMS, Louisa plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity and online presence.
Armed with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and several years of hands-on experience in the industry, Louisa commands a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
