As the Founder and Managing Partner, Jon has over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector, with extensive knowledge in Project Support and Project Management across Europe and MENA Region. He is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of DPMS whilst maintaining a commitment to quality, service and compliance.

With over 8 years of experience in the interior fit-out sector in the UAE, Joe was headhunted by one of the biggest fit-out Companies in Dubai.  He specialises in high-end commercial fit-outs and completing projects for multiple blue-chip companies which include Pfizer, Talabat and Philcoin all here in the UAE.

Ariane is a Founder and CCO for DPMS. A Chartered Construction Manager, building on more than 30 years’ of commercial experience, the last 15 years in the MENA region, Ariane is ensuring that our clients benefit from the strongest commercial position with regards to project execution and all associated commercial and project management activities.

Camryn is one of the Founders and Director of DPMS. He initially spent 15 years with Shell Oil Company as a Lead Engineer in UK, Iraq and Australia. Taking the core quality/safety and compliance values gained throughout his career working with Shell has enabled Camryn to greatly help DPMS grow to a high-end, high-quality fit-out Company.

Colin was the founder and CEO of Xodus Group, an internationally renowned energy consultancy. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of the technology company Xergy. Using this knowledge of building successful companies, Colin advises DPMS on strategy ensuring that they are structured and financed to deal with the rapid growth they are experiencing.

Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at DPMS, Louisa plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity and online presence. With a bachelor's degree in Marketing and several years of hands-on experience in the industry, Louisa possesses a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. Her expertise spans across various domains, including social media marketing, content creation, search engine optimisation (SEO), and data analytics.

Thushitha is the Senior Project Manager for DPMS. Thushitha works closely with the Chief Operations Officer & is responsible for a vast array of workscopes which includes the initial Project Planning phase through to close-out. Having more than 15 years experience working with reputable organisations such as Al Agili and Al Nabooda, Thushitha brings a wealth of knowledge to the DPMS team.

Mustak is the Site Manager for DPMS. Mustak has a total of 22 years experience in Construction fit-out, HVAC, MEP and Civil Works.

Qaiser has 20 years of UAE experience in various positions such as Quantity Surveyor, Senior Estimator & Head of Estimation in the field of Interior Fit-outs & Joinery. Implementing best practices in cost estimating vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve costs.

Mark has more than 35 years of global experience in the construction industry, managing multiple crews and subcontractors. He excels in all aspects of project management, supervision and coordination. Mark manages compliance with government rules and regulations worldwide and is focused on ensuring the timely delivery of projects to manage client expectations.

Vikas is an innovative designer with a keen eye for detail; aesthetics and functionality are equally important in his designs. Having spent 9 years in Asia and more than a decade in the UAE, he has a wide range of experience in interior fit-out. He has successfully led and completed many large-scale, award-winning Designs & Build projects within budget and schedule in commercial and residential sectors.

With a Bachelor of Science in Secretarial Administration degree in 2000, Myline joined BIC Contracting LLC, which is one of the leading Construction and Engineering Companies in the UAE. After 13 years with them and progressing to become an Executive PA for the CEO, Myline was looking for a new challenge and we are delighted to now have her here at DPMS.
